Key Responsibilities Lead and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System. Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions for internal and external quality issues using 8D methodology. Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams. Conduct internal audits and participate in customer and certification audits to ensure IATF 16949 compliance. Support APQP activities and lead PPAP submissions for new product launches and engineering changes. Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish and optimize in-process quality controls and inspection methods. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience implementing and maintaining IATF 16949 quality management systems. Strong proficiency in automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Experience conducting internal and external IATF 16949 audits.
