Hybrid setup: 3x Onsite Location: MOA Pasay Schedule: Shifting schedule / Night shift (No fixed weekends off) Requirements: College Grad With PHRN or USRN With 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer. Job Responsibilities: Significant experience in a call centre or customer service training role, with a proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify training needs and implement tailored solutions Proficiency in using training and learning management systems, as well as other relevant software and technologies A strong understanding of call centre operations, customer service best practices, and industry regulations
