Job Description Position: Customer Service – Czech + English Location: Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site Start Date: 30 April 2026 WELCOME BONUS / 1500€ Relocation Support: Accommodation in a shared apartment only. A monthly amount of €250–€300 will be deducted from the candidates salary. Flight tickets are not included. Working Hours: Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotative shifts) Days Off: 2 rotational days Later schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts About the Role: Join our international team as a Customer Service Specialist and support Czech-speaking customers in a fast-growing global e-commerce environment. You will ensure high-quality service, manage peak periods during promotions, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
