In this role, you will provide high-quality service, handle customer inquiries efficiently, manage peak periods during promotions, and contribute to an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products and services. Provide outstanding customer support with empathy and clear decision-making. Handle customer communication professionally via phone, email, and chat. Manage high volumes of customer contacts during promotional periods.
