Polish Content Moderator or Customer Support Agent - Lisbon with accommodation

Two On-Site Opportunities in Lisbon for Polish Speakers – No Experience Required! We are looking for Polish-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal . Two roles are available, and no prior experience is required . You will start immediately under contract , including paid training , and accommodation is provided from day one. Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Polish + English) Location: Lisbon (on-site) Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts) Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts Requirements: No prior experience needed Strong verbal and written communication skills Empathy and rational decision-making Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods Training: Paid and included in your contract from day one Role 2: Content Moderator (Polish + English) Location: Lisbon (on-site) Working Hours: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts) Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Requirements: No prior experience needed Strong moderation and decision-making skills Good understanding of e-commerce Excellent written and verbal communication Training: Paid and included in your contract from day one Salary & Benefits (both roles) Base salary: 920€ x 14 months Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months Meal allowance Night & weekend shift bonuses 1,000€ signing bonus Accommodation included (private room arranged by the company) Paid training under contract upon arrival Work on-site in Lisbon , one of Europe's most vibrant capitals Opportunity to gain international experience in a multicultural environment Interested?
