About the Role Company: Aqilea India Role: Full stack Developer Exp Range : 7 to 10 years Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading scalable web applications while mentoring team members and driving best engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of full stack applications Design and build scalable, high-performance web solutions Develop responsive UI using modern frontend frameworks Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs Work with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices Drive architecture decisions and implement microservices-based solutions Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+) Backend development using Python (Flask) Hands-on experience with MS SQL Experience in building and consuming REST APIs Knowledge of Microservices architecture Proficiency in Git version control Start: Immediate to 15 Days Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
