The Role: What You'll Do You are responsible for the total success of the restaurant. You own the P&L, the guest experience, and the growth of your people. Drive the Rush: Manage high-volume dayparts with a focus on "Gold Standard" speed-of-service and order accuracy. Master the P&L: Take full accountability for food costs, labor optimization, and inventory. You'll analyze weekly data to ensure the store is running at peak profitability. Develop a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a crew of 40+. Your goal is to build a deep bench of Shift Leads and Assistant Managers ready for their next step. Guard the Brand: Ensure 100% compliance with global food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Guest Obsession: Proactively resolve guest feedback and ensure every customer leaves with a reason to come back. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Burger/Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred). The "Hustle" Factor: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead from the front—you're on the floor when the rush hits. Financial Savvy: Strong ability to interpret P&L data and implement course corrections to hit aggressive labor and COGS targets.
