Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury, Employment Law, or Mass Action Litigation) Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a growing plaintiff trial firm with offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and the Bay Area is seeking Litigation Attorneys with 6+ years of experience to join its expanding team. The firm handles matters including personal injury, employment law, sexual abuse, and complex mass action litigation , and has recovered over $1 billion for clients. We are a trial firm, which means we prepare every case as if it will go to trial. Responsibilities: Manage cases from intake through trial Develop legal strategies and work directly with clients Handle plaintiff-side litigation matters, including personal injury, employment, and mass actions Collaborate with partners and team members on complex cases Stay current on California legal developments Build referral relationships and participate in legal organizations Requirements: 6 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred) Active California Bar license J.D. from an accredited law school Strong research, writing, and case management skills Trial experience and experience with sexual abuse, employment, or mass actions is a plus Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $200,000 + Partnership-track opportunities and performance bonuses 100% employer-paid medical and dental 401(k) and cash pension plan Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Paid parking and onsite gym access National Tier 1 Firm $1.5 Billion recovered for clients Daily Journal's Top Women Lawyers in CA Daily Journal's Top 40 Plaintiff Lawyers in CA Location: Play Vista (Los Angeles, California) On-site Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
