French Speaking Customer Service Representative Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Only candidates living in Porto or within 30 km We are looking for French Native or C2 level speakers to join a Customer Service team in Porto. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. Work Schedule Monday – Saturday Between 07:00 – 19:00 (rotative shifts) On-site Job Responsibilities Receive incoming calls from customers Assist customers with: Subscriptions Billing inquiries Technical troubleshooting Welcome and support customers in a professional and friendly manner Offer personalized solutions on each call Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment Requirements French Native or strong C2 level No previous experience required Good communication skills Currently living in Porto or within 30 km Availability to work on-site Salary & Benefits Base salary: 930€/month (x14) Meal allowance: 9€ / day Performance bonus: 100€ per month for the first 3 months Afterward based on performance Private medical insurance after 4 months Transportation reimbursement: up to 40€
