Your responsibilities include: Serving as the Primary Brand Ambassador: You are the face of the company. You will be responsible for delivering a powerful first impression and building a robust portfolio of clients using your unique sales intuition. Acting as a Strategic Trusted Advisor: You will go beyond traditional selling by guiding businesses through the complexities of adopting and integrating advanced cloud technologies. Driving Targeted Revenue Growth: By identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, you will help small and medium-sized businesses find the specific tools they need to scale. Collaborating for Collective Success: You will work side-by-side with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients receive the most comprehensive support possible. Representing the Voice of the Customer: You will actively collect client feedback and translate those insights into actionable data for the business, helping us refine and improve our global offerings. You will be an ideal candidate if you possess: Linguistic Expertise: You are bilingual or highly proficient in Swedish , complemented by a fluent command of English . Industry Experience: You bring 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management, or customer relationship management, backed by a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable navigating the Microsoft Office Suite and have hands-on experience with modern CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365. It is a significant advantage if you have: Experience specifically selling Microsoft products like Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365. Official Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps.
