Millwork Drafter - Super Yacht Marine

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Millwork/Joinery Drafters with hands-on experience in the super yacht and luxury marine sector. In this role, you will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings and shop drawings for high-end yacht interior millwork and joinery packages, working remotely from your own setup. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to world-class super yacht projects from anywhere in the world, collaborating closely with our design and project management teams. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed millwork and joinery shop drawings for super yacht interior fit-outs Develop fabrication drawings, elevations, sections, and assembly details Coordinate with designers, project managers, and manufacturers to ensure accuracy Interpret architectural and design intent and translate into technical documentation Review and revise drawings based on feedback and site/build conditions Maintain drawing registers and ensure version control across all documentation Meet project deadlines while upholding the highest quality standards Requirements Proven experience in Millwork and/or Joinery drafting (super yacht or marine experience highly preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage Strong understanding of millwork construction methods, materials, and finishes Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate drawings Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Available to start immediately Nice to Have Previous experience on super yacht or luxury yacht projects Familiarity with marine-grade materials and marine interior standards Experience using Revit for millwork/joinery documentation What We Offer 100% remote / work-from-home arrangement Exposure to prestigious international super yacht projects Collaborative and supportive remote team environment Competitive compensation based on experience Ongoing project pipeline with opportunities for long-term engagement
