Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Lean manufacturing initiatives (e.g., Kaizen events, 5S, SMED, VSM). Identify and eliminate waste (muda) in production processes through root cause analysis. Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Conduct process analysis, time studies, and capacity planning to optimize manufacturing layouts and workflows. Train and mentor production teams and management on Lean methodologies and tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and best practices. Recommended Qualifications Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, SMED). Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions. Ability to effectively manage projects, influence stakeholders, and train teams on Lean methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
