Events Coordinator

Role Mission To design, execute, and oversee seamless travel experiences and high-impact events. You are the bridge between a spreadsheet and a sunset, ensuring that every logistical detail is handled so that guests can immerse themselves in the destination. Key Responsibilities Itinerary Architecture: Design comprehensive travel schedules that balance "must-see" landmarks with curated, niche local activities. Logistics Management: Oversee all transportation, lodging, and venue bookings. You are the point person for vendors, from boutique hotels to local tour guides. On-Site Event Execution: Act as the "boots on the ground" lead during trips. You"ll manage check-ins, resolve real-time scheduling conflicts, and maintain the energy. Budget Oversight: Track expenditures across different currencies and vendors, ensuring the experience stays profitable without sacrificing quality. Safety & Risk Mitigation: Develop contingency plans for travel delays, weather shifts, or medical emergencies. You are the calm in the storm. Vendor Relations: Source and vet local partners to ensure ethical tourism practices and high-service standards. Qualifications & Skills High Adaptability: Because flights get delayed and weather happens. You pivot gracefully. Hyper-Organization: You can manage 5 different booking confirmations without breaking a sweat. Cultural Competency: You respect local customs and can navigate different social etiquettes with ease. Communication: You can give a clear briefing to a group or negotiate with a vendor.
