Position: Senior Attorney or Legal Academic Type: Part-time, project-based Compensation: $110–$140/hour Duration: 4–6 weeks Commitment: ~5 hours/week Role Responsibilities Review legal documents and confirm alignment with relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks. Validate content related to ABLE accounts , guardianship, and special needs trusts. Ensure correctness and clarity on Medicaid eligibility and SSI application processes. Provide expert feedback to improve dataset quality. Collaborate asynchronously and meet all deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have 10+ years of experience in special needs law or related academic fields. Expertise in trust structures and disability benefits law . Advanced understanding of Medicaid and SSI regulatory standards . Excellent analytical and legal writing skills. Strong detail orientation.
