Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Portugal)

Your Responsibilities: What You'll Do As a remote specialist, your day-to-day will involve: Multi-Channel Support: Deliver friendly and effective assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Problem Solving: Resolve inquiries regarding account access, transaction history, payment processing, and general platform use. Guided Troubleshooting: Walk users through technical solutions step-by-step with patience and clarity. Security & Billing: Address questions related to account safety, refunds, billing discrepancies, and platform features. Documentation: Categorize and log interactions accurately while escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments. Continuous Learning: Keep pace with service updates and policy changes to ensure users receive the most current information. Brand Advocacy: Build long-term trust and loyalty through empathetic service and a professional demeanor. Candidate Profile: Who You Are To excel in this role, you should possess: Language Mastery: Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level) and a strong command of English (B2 level) . Residency: You must currently live in Portugal or be ready to relocate (please note that visa or work permit sponsorship is not available).
