IT Strategy & Innovation Lead Location: Pasay (Head Office) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Morning) Level: (AVP – Director Level) Role Overview: Lead IT strategy, governance, and innovation across the organization, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Define IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee IT operations, solutions delivery, and process & systems initiatives. Drive digital transformation, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies. Monitor performance metrics, manage risks, and report to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. Strong strategic thinking, governance, and executive communication skills.
