Travel Experience Coordinator

We are looking for organized and client-focused individuals to assist with coordinating travel experiences from start to finish in a remote-friendly role. This position is ideal for those who enjoy planning, research, and ensuring all details are handled clearly and efficiently. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and timelines. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist in building well-structured itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, confirming reservation details, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. This role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and dependable support rather than direct sales. Success comes from consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests.
