Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Dallas, Texas Long Term Care (LTC) 13-Week Assignment Day Shift | 40 Hours Pay Package Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600/week Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a long-term care facility in Dallas, TX . This role focuses on improving residents' communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities , helping enhance overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve communication, comprehension, and swallowing function Reduce aspiration risk and support safe feeding practices Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements Active Texas SLP License (or Compact License) Minimum 2 years of SLP experience REQUIRED Experience in LTC or geriatric settings preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Assignment Details 40 hours guaranteed 8-hour day shifts No call or weekend requirements Adult patient population Long-term care setting Why This Assignment Consistent weekday schedule No weekends or on-call Strong weekly pay Great fit for SLPs with LTC experience
