AI Product Manager

Our client is launching a new competency centre in China and is looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead AI-driven transformation projects. You'll design and implement AI solutions that boost operational efficiency, strengthen governance, improve forecasting and optimization, and enhance decision-making accuracy. The ideal candidate has a solid background in developing AI products for enterprise finance and the leadership potential to build and mentor a small AI product team. Key Responsibilities AI Ideation & Strategic Workshops Organize and facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions with senior leadership to showcase AI opportunities across Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management Highlight innovative use cases and demonstrate how AI can drive transformation and business value AI Roadmap Execution & Interdisciplinary Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, ERP specialists, Finance SMEs) to develop execution plans for the AI transformation roadmap Ensure project goals align with business objectives and prioritize high-impact initiatives Development Oversight & Change Management Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions, ensuring compliance with IT, cybersecurity, audit, and governance standards Manage stakeholder engagement and drive change management to maximize adoption and impact Requirements Experience 6–10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or AI product roles Strong experience delivering AI-driven automation solutions in enterprise finance Hands-on exposure to FinTech AI solutions is a plus Experience in structured, governance-heavy organizations preferred Technical & Domain Expertise Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, workflow automation, and AI agents Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and financial data structures Knowledge of enterprise system integration and APIs Familiarity with cloud platforms Understanding of risk control, audit requirements, and data governance in finance Leadership & Communication Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level Proven ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions Strategic thinker with an execution focus Leadership potential to build and mentor an AI product team Why Join High-impact, enterprise-scale AI transformation role Direct engagement with senior leadership Opportunity to shape agentic AI adoption in finance operations Long-term career growth within a global technology group
