Business Development Representative – German-English

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days in-office / 2 days remote) Start Date: 07/04/2026 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible start between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, latest finish 7:00 PM About the Role Join a dynamic B2B sales team supporting cloud-based technology clients. As a Business Development Representative, you'll help customers find the right solutions while building long-term relationships. You will: Prospect, develop accounts, and close deals with small to medium businesses and C-Level contacts Handle objections, negotiate, and recommend solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue Build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets and performance goals Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs Stay informed about trends in technology and the industry Requirements Fluent in German (B2+/C1) and English (B2+) Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience Experience negotiating and closing deals Solution-oriented mindset, able to resolve issues independently Eligible to relocate to Krakow Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month Quarterly Bonus: Starting at 5,000 PLN gross if 100% of target achieved, increases with performance Relocation Support: 2,600 PLN gross one-time reimbursement after relocation Other Benefits: Cafeteria-style benefits program, PPK Plan, employee referral program, additional days of annual leave, private medical care including dental and eye care, Multisport Card, partial language course & sales tuition reimbursement Training & Onboarding 3 weeks onsite product training in Krakow Switch to hybrid work model after successful completion of training Hiring Process Submission Validation Call Interview Notes Relocation to Krakow is required – fully remote work is not possible Residence Card support available
