FX Compliance Manager

Job Title: FX Compliance Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced FX Compliance Manager to ensure the company complies with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FX regulations, AML/KYC frameworks, and risk management practices within financial services or brokerage environments. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FX regulations across offshore and onshore markets Ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements, client onboarding, and due diligence processes Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on compliance impact Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities Risk Management & Monitoring Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments Monitor client trading activity for suspicious behavior or regulatory breaches Review marketing materials and communications for compliance adherence Training & Advisory Deliver compliance training across departments Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practices Act as the main point of contact for auditors and regulatory bodies Maintain proper documentation and audit trails Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance within FX, financial services, or banking Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, KYC procedures, and offshore frameworks Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and risk assessment skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management Experience with compliance systems and monitoring tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
