About the Role We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Finance & Accounting Associate to join our team in Porto. This role is ideal for finance professionals who have experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations and are looking to grow within a dynamic and international environment. You will play a key role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities Process customer invoices, payments, and reconciliations Handle account inquiries and resolve discrepancies Monitor overdue accounts and support collections processes Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate transaction records Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support end-to-end finance processes Provide high-quality customer service to clients and partners Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields Fluency in Dutch (C2) and advanced English (C1) Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred) Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with strong customer-service mindset Nice to Have: 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations Why Join Us Permanent contract with growth opportunities Health insurance from your first day Work in a multicultural and collaborative finance environment Opportunity to build a long-term career in Finance & Accounting
