14332 2nd shift General Labor/Forklift, Vandalia, OH 6 months Contract Sigma Systems is seeking a 3rd shift General Labor/Forklift to work onsite in Vandalia, OH. Description : Mon-Fri 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Steel Toed Shoes "This job centers around general labor which may include housekeeping, running equipment, using a forklift, repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds, and anything else assigned to you. The work environment may be dusty/dirty and require bending, stooping, and twisting. Responsibilities: Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities. All training and instructions typically given on the job. Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job. Skills : Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Basic Math. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations. POSITIONS REQUIRES POWERED INDUSTRIAL TRUCK OPERATION. Ability to pass powered industrial trucks training test. Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment. Ability to follow instruction. Knowledge : Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines. Knowledge of basic math, counting, computer skills, etc. May occasionally use company computer equipment & systems. Education : High school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required.
