Senior OpenText Identity Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OpenText Identity Manager Consultant to support identity and access management integrations and workflows. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain identity lifecycle processes and system integrations. Key Responsibilities Design and implement integrations between OpenText Identity Manager (IDM) and target systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID Develop and maintain business logic within OpenText IDM Create, customize, and manage workflows in OpenText IDM Collaborate with internal teams to support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and governance frameworks Ensure high-quality delivery of IAM solutions aligned with business requirements Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, tools, and frameworks Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Identity Manager platform Deep knowledge of OpenText Driver technology, including: Workday integrations JDBC-based integrations Expertise in OpenText REST API Driver and custom schema extensions Proficiency with OpenText Designer tool Experience with version control systems such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and lifecycle processes Seniority Level Senior (Level 4) Demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks independently Proven experience delivering high-quality consulting services Capable of taking ownership and leading solution delivery Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent collaboration and communication skills High level of accountability and ownership
