Embedded Software Application Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a skilled Developer & Tester specializing in Diagnostic Infrastructure with strong expertise in C# development. The role involves end-to-end functional development, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and verification within automotive or embedded systems domains. Key Responsibilities Perform functional development, including: Requirement breakdown and analysis Software design and documentation Implementation, testing, and verification Work within specialized technical domains such as: Vehicle Systems HMI Powertrain Control Diagnostics Electro Mobility Mechatronics Control Theory Lead system engineering activities within a technical team Actively contribute to delivery planning and execution Integrate software deliveries from multiple contributors Ensure quality, stability, and readiness before release Participate in early development phases, including technical roadmaps Collaborate across teams and influence development across multiple sites Contribute to competence development and business growth initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant experience in software development and testing Strong programming skills in C# Experience in diagnostic systems or automotive/embedded domains Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Competencies Self-driven and proactive mindset Ability to plan and execute tasks independently Continuous learning attitude and skill development Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to develop both deep technical expertise and broad system understanding Demonstrates potential for long-term growth and leadership
