Turkish speaking Customer Support Agent

Our client, a well known digital services provider, operating within the iGaming industry is expanding its team and seeking to recruit a Turkish speaking Customer Service Agent. Responsibilities: Promptly and efficiently address customer inquiries or complaints through various communication channels (e-mail/phone/chat) within established service level agreements. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to manage inquiries and complaints effectively. Direct requests and unresolved issues through the appropriate channels for further assistance. Report and follow up on technical issues raised by clients. Maintain an accurate record of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution. Work on a rotating shift basis to meet customer needs, solve issues, and encourage future business. Proactively anticipate and address potential delays or complications, planning strategies to avoid or minimize disruptions. Suggest improvements to procedures or practices to enhance service efficiency. Assist with translation efforts for the company as needed. Perform customer verifications and Know Your Client (KYC) procedures in accordance with guidelines. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Promote interest in products and services within the client base, collaborating with the Customer Care and Marketing teams on campaigns for major sporting events. Complete any additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Fluency in Turkish (native or advanced level) and proficiency in English. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service, business, or related field is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; ability to quickly adapt to new software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English. Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple tasks effectively. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Team Player: Positive attitude with a strong team ethic and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
