Solution Consultant (Infra) - (up to $8,000 base + AWS + PB + Yearly Increment)

Responsibilities Partner closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable infrastructure solutions aligned to both immediate and long-term business needs Design and architect end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions across networking, security, compute, storage, virtualization, and backup environments Assess existing client infrastructure to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimisation and improvement Lead technical discussions, prepare solution proposals, and respond to RFPs/tenders with well-structured architecture and recommendations Conduct technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders Provide technical leadership by reviewing solution designs, ensuring best practices, and supporting smooth handover to delivery teams Requirements Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure across areas such as networking, security, servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions, ideally within a systems integrator or enterprise environment Strong knowledge of technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Dell, HPE, VMware, NetApp or equivalent enterprise platforms Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
