About the Role Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of growth for the business. This role combines strategy, creativity, and execution, with responsibility for building a consistent marketing engine that drives brand awareness, client demand, and digital growth. In this role, you will lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, and traditional channels while ensuring all efforts reflect the company's premium brand voice and positioning. You will oversee website management and optimization, social media strategy, content planning, creative direction, campaign execution, and future paid media efforts. The role also requires strong project management and cross-functional collaboration, as you will work closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to execute campaigns, events, and growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both high-level strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth-focused roles Experience with multi-location or service-based brands preferred; pet industry experience is a plus Proven success managing brands and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Hands-on experience with social media strategy and platform management, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and review platforms Website management and SEO expertise; Squarespace experience preferred Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance, and ROI metrics Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-market environment Strong brand stewardship, creativity, organization, and data-driven decision-making skills
