Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab / Skilled Nursing 13-Week Travel Assignment Day Shift | 40 Hours per Week Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,500 Position Overview We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, regain function, and maintain independence with daily activities. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training Educate residents and caregivers on functional mobility and safety Recommend and train patients on assistive devices Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Document therapy services in the EMR Requirements Active Physical Therapist License Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy BLS preferred Experience in SNF, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers PTs — message us to learn more or apply today!
