You'll join a close-knit team of 6–8 colleagues who support each other – as people, not just coworkers. Your tasks High-quality, individual electrical installations in premium residential and commercial projects – carefully planned, custom solutions for demanding clients Working with modern electrical systems and smart technologies that meet the highest standards Maintenance and servicing of existing installations with attention to detail Occasional installation of photovoltaic systems as part of a varied service portfolio Year-round employment – no seasonal fluctuations, full job security Your working hours Monday to Thursday, 41 hours/week – giving you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off . The 4-day workweek is a real, lived practice here – not just a buzzword.
