Hungarian Content Moderator - Customer Support Agent Lisbon with accommodation

We are seeking Hungarian-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal . Two roles are available, both with accommodation included in the contract. Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Hungarian + English) Location: Lisbon (on-site) Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts) Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts Requirements: Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Empathy and rational decision-making Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods Role 2: Content Moderator (Hungarian + English) Location: Lisbon (on-site) Working Hours: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts) Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Requirements: Strong moderation and decision-making skills Knowledge of e-commerce environments Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage peak queue volumes during promotional periods Salary & Benefits (both roles) Base salary: 920€ x 14 months Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months Meal allowance Night & weekend shift bonuses 1,000€ signing bonus Accommodation included (private room arranged by the company) Work on-site in Lisbon , a vibrant European capital Opportunity to gain international experience in a multicultural environment Interested?
