Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – LTC Harrisonville, Missouri Long Term Care / LTAC Setting 13-Week Travel Assignment Monday – Friday | 8-Hour Days (Flexible Schedule) 40 Hours per Week Pay Package Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,561/week Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment in Harrisonville, Missouri . The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative care that improves patients' ability to perform daily activities and regain independence. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Assist patients with ADLs, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities Implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising OT Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans Document patient care, treatment minutes, and progress accurately Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and discharge planning Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical standards Requirements Active Missouri COTA License Minimum 1 year of OTA/COTA experience required Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required Strong communication and teamwork skills Additional Details No call or weekend requirements Flexible daily schedule (must be consistent and coordinated with leadership) New grads considered with Level II clinical experience
