Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Rehab Oakland, California Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation 13-Week Assignment Day Shift | 40 Hours per Week Pay Package Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,800/week Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a high-level inpatient acute rehabilitation assignment in Oakland, CA. This role is ideal for clinicians with strong neuro and acute rehab experience looking to work with a complex, multidisciplinary patient population . Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient acute rehab setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Treat complex cases including: Stroke (CVA) Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Spinal cord injury (SCI) Cancer rehab Neurological and orthopedic conditions Perform ADL training, mobility interventions, and cognitive rehab Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Complete accurate and timely documentation Requirements Active California OT License (required at submission) BLS Certification (AHA, in hand) Minimum 2+ years of experience Acute Inpatient Rehab experience REQUIRED Neuro experience REQUIRED Ability to manage complex rehab patient populations Preferred EPIC EMR experience Experience in large hospital rehab programs Assignment Details 58-bed inpatient acute rehab unit Adult & geriatric population Multidisciplinary team environment Complex caseload including neuro and trauma patients Weekend coverage may be required Must meet 50-mile travel requirement
