Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance demand and production capacity. Analyze sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels to drive production planning. Monitor production progress and proactively adjust schedules to address changes or disruptions. Conduct capacity planning to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend solutions. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of plans. Optimize inventory levels by ensuring timely production and material availability. Report on scheduling performance, adherence, and key metrics. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and scheduling software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize production plans. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with production, sales, and procurement teams.
