Ensure compliance with all national and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Lead, train, and develop the logistics team to ensure high performance and adherence to operational standards. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations to drive continuous improvement. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong understanding of inventory management, freight optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiencies. Bonus Qualifications APICS CSCP or CPIM certification. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with major ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle SCM). Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for logistics optimization.
