Vacation Planning Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vacation Planning Consultant to support clients with organizing and coordinating personalized travel experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, organization, and delivering clear, reliable support in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. In this position, you will work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist in building structured and easy-to-follow itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate planning records. This role focuses on organization, communication, and consistent client support rather than direct sales. Success comes from attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
