Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and customer orders. Conduct capacity planning to ensure alignment between production plans and available resources. Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to synchronize supply and demand. Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans in response to demand shifts or production disruptions. Optimize inventory levels to meet customer service targets while minimizing carrying costs. Generate and analyze key scheduling metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement. Provide critical input and support for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or production control. Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production schedules. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional alignment. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. Bonus Qualifications APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Kinaxis, Asprova). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
