Tenant Relations Manager Location: Cebu City Work Setup: Fully Onsite Work Schedule: 5 days a week Job Description The Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for managing tenant relationships, leasing activities, and overall tenant performance within the mall. This role ensures optimal tenant mix, high occupancy rates, and strong tenant satisfaction while supporting revenue growth and overall mall performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall mall leasing processes and procedures. Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize mall occupancy and rental income. Review and analyze tenant performance to optime the mall's tenant mix. Negotiate and arrange lease agreements and renewals in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance tenant engagement and overall mall experience. Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction within standard regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, or retail property management. Residing in or willing to relocate to Cebu. Strong leasing and commercial skills, including tenant acquisition, sourcing, and lease negotiation (terms, rates, and contracts). Ability to develop and implement tenant mix strategies. Proficient in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend monitoring. Solid financial and business acumen, including rental forecasting, revenue target achievement, budgeting, and P&L awareness.
