Role Overview: As a Lead Web Application Developer, you will take ownership of end-to-end application development, drive architectural decisions, and mentor a team of developers while ensuring delivery excellence. Location: Delhi (Maharani Bagh) Experience: 5+ years Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: · Lead the design and development of scalable web applications · Define and implement application architecture and best practices · Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot · Design and implement MVC architecture and RESTful APIs · Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to development using HTML, React, or Angular · Oversee database design and optimization using MySQL · Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards · Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment · Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Required Skills & Experience: · 5+ years years of experience in web application development, with leadership exposure · Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot · Solid understanding of Web Application Architecture and Design · Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks and REST API development · Good knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, React, Angular) · Experience with MySQL or other relational databases · Proven ability to lead teams and manage project deliverables · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills If interested do forward me your resume at clarita.fernandes@sperton.com or give me a call at 9768928580
