Junior Data Analyst - Onsite

Junior Data Analyst We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who is eager to learn and grow while helping teams make better decisions using data. In this role, you will support product and engineering teams by analyzing data, building dashboards, and sharing insights that improve the user experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with A/B testing and experimentation to improve product performance Analyze product data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from the data warehouse Support basic data models and analysis to better understand user behavior Work with product and engineering teams to meet their data needs Present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders Requirements 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or a related role (internships or projects are acceptable) Strong SQL skills (BigQuery is a plus) Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Grafana, or Tableau Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Nice to Have Experience with product or consumer analytics Familiarity with event-tracking tools such as FullStory Basic knowledge of statistics or machine learning concepts Interest in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or consumer technology What Were Looking For Someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to grow .
