Senior Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager

Note: Must have direct experience with civil/construction plan preparation, strong Civil 3D skills, and U.S. work authorization. Job Description Lead civil engineering and land development projects from early planning through final delivery Prepare and oversee civil/construction plans, drawings, and technical documents Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communication Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and municipal stakeholders Review design work for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations Support land development planning, infrastructure design, and site analysis efforts Mentor junior team members and help elevate the quality of project execution across the team Contribute to proposals, client meetings, and business development efforts as needed Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 2+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development Direct experience in civil/construction plan preparation Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience managing projects and working directly with clients PE license preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure may also be considered Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment U.S. work authorization required Why You Will Love Working Here We offer the opportunity to do meaningful work in a firm where your voice matters and your contributions are visible.
