System Service Control Intern

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC / RESPONSIBILITIES: Công việc chính / Main tasks: Theo dõi các hạng mục được giao trên hệ thống Property Cube (P3) dưới sự hướng dẫn của quản lý./ Monitor assigned tasks on the Property Cube (P3) system under the supervision of the manager. Hỗ trợ công tác chăm sóc cư dân và vận hành dự án: cập nhật dữ liệu, theo dõi tiến độ xử lý yêu cầu, hỗ trợ công việc liên phòng ban./ Support resident services and daily operations: data entry, tracking request status, and interdepartmental coordination. Ghi nhận và chuyển tiếp các ý kiến, phản ánh của cư dân đến bộ phận liên quan./ Record and forward resident feedback to relevant departments. Sử dụng app Property Cube theo hướng dẫn từ quản lý./ Use Property Cube app under the managers guidance. Báo cáo / Reports: Thực hiện báo cáo theo hướng dẫn và chỉ đạo của quản lý trực tiếp./ Prepare reports in accordance with the instructions from the direct supervisor . Khác / Other tasks: Thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý bộ phận./ Perform all other duties assigned by the line manager. Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong các hoạt động hàng ngày và tổ chức sự kiện, vv./ Coordinate with other departments in daily activities and events, etc. YÊU CẦU / REQUIREMENTS : Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên; ưu tiên sinh viên đang theo học trong các lĩnh vực liên quan./ High school diploma or above; currently enrolled in a relevant field preferred . Có kỹ năng giao tiếp lưu loát và thấu hiểu khách hàng./ Strong communication, empathy, and customer service orientation . Có khả năng đa nhiệm hiệu quả./ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently . Thành thạo căn bản việc sử dụng bảng tính và các loại cơ sở dữ liệu./ Basic proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets for information management . Có khả năng chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc và biết cách kiểm soát được cảm xúc của cá nhân./ Ability to withstand high levels of work-related pressure and manage personal emotions effectively. Chủ động trong công việc, không ngại học hỏi kiến thức mới và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi được yêu cầu./ Proactive in tasks, willing to learn new knowledge, and ready to provide support when requested. Có khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả bằng tiếng Anh./ Good command of English for effective communication .
