We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an urgent hire for a hybrid role starting on April 13th. As an SDR, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities. What you will do: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential clients. Generate and nurture high-quality leads through various business development strategies. Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to drive the pipeline and meet growth targets. Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities within our tracking systems. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Native or C1 level in Arabic and at least B2 level in English. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in cold calling and sales. Background: Experience in tech or digital advertising is considered a significant plus. Legal Status: Candidates must possess EU Citizenship, Bulgarian Residency (for more than 1 year), or a valid Refugee Card.
