Full-Time – Permanent or Travel | $75,000–$104,000/year The Opportunity You'll deliver skilled physical therapy across outpatient rehab, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings within a respected healthcare organization. Your responsibilities include: Maintain detailed evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries to track functional outcomes Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to enhance residents' recovery and independence Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning meetings to support holistic treatment approaches Track patient statistics, manage treatment documentation, and request necessary supplies Participate in or lead staff training and education sessions Provide leadership support in the absence of the Director of Physical Therapy What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active New York State Physical Therapy license (required) Strong interest in working with geriatric, subacute, and adult patient populations Leadership qualities and ability to direct support staff when needed Previous experience preferred, but new PT grads are encouraged to apply Ready to Apply?
