About Our Client The client specializes in modular rooms and is currently working on a four-star lodge project located on the Crocodile River. They utilize a production line process for commercial construction that focuses on precision and high-quality standards. The Role: Factory Foreman (Contract) The Factory Foreman exists to oversee 4 production lines and 18 workstations at the Village Deep site. The role ensures production sequencing and trade coordination to deliver fully fitted products that meet hospitality standards. The main focus is maintaining production flow, preventing stoppages, and achieving real-time defect rectification. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate a proven track record in commercial construction. Oversee 4 production lines and 18 workstations. Coordinate production sequencing and trade integration. Manage technical oversight for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). Rectify defects in real-time to ensure zero-snagging quality standards. Lead dedicated production line teams with a team-first attitude. Use MS Excel and Outlook for reporting and scheduling. Experience in modular or production-line manufacturing (nice-to-have). About You Proven track record in commercial construction. Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver products to 4-star hospitality standards with no post-delivery snagging. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining production flow. Experience in modular or production-line manufacturing (highly advantageous).
