Our client, a multi-generational family office that specializes in guiding clients through the complexities of preserving and growing their wealth and building their legacy, is looking for an experienced IT Operations Specialist / System Administrator to join the team. Location: Limassol, Cyprus Type: Hybrid, full-time Start date: ASAP About the Role: Were looking for a hands-on IT generalist to support the Limassol offices and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a practical, on-site role focused on end-user support, office infrastructure, and core IT services. You'll work closely with the IT team to maintain stable systems, automate routine tasks, and improve the overall employee IT experience. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day end-user support (on-site and remote). Set up and maintain Windows and macOS workstations. Manage user accounts and access in Google Workspace, Entra ID, and Active Directory. Handle onboarding and offboarding. Support office network equipment (MikroTik, HP Aruba, Wi-Fi, switching). Administer Windows Server and basic Linux systems. Work with the ticketing system and document solutions. Maintain IT documentation and internal knowledge base. Coordinate with vendors when needed. Requirements: Administration of Google Workspace, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Active Directory. Windows Server, Linux administration. Infrastructure monitoring (e.g. Zabbix, Prometheus). Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi). Experience with MikroTik, HP Aruba networking equipment Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management and Slack. Experience working in a ticketing system. Hands-on support of Windows and macOS endpoints. English: basic conversational Ukrainian / Russian: native or fluent speaker is preferred Nice to have: Scripting with PowerShell or Bash. SharePoint administration. Experience with firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation. MDM or endpoint automation. Virtualization and private cloud (VMware, Proxmox, OpenStack). Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform). Basic experience with containers (Docker, etc.). Experience writing IT documentation, SOPs, or policies. Soft Skills: Curiosity – digs into how financial and investment processes really work. Proactive, analytical mindset – identifies gaps, suggests improvements, flags risks early. Communication – explains complex things simply to both business and tech teams. Responsibility – takes ownership for the completeness and clarity of requirements. Context switching – can work on several tasks/projects in parallel without losing quality. The company offers : Official employment in Cyprus. Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote.
