ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Define and own the tech and product vision aligned with organizations mission, market needs and business goals. Architect and scale secure, user-centric web and mobile platforms to expand welfare access. Lead cross-functional teams across product, design, UX and engineering, fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture. Drive agile roadmaps with rapid iteration, ensuring responsiveness to user feedback and policy shifts. Implement best-in-class development practices, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and platform security. Oversee scalable data architecture, ethical data use and actionable analytics. Collaborate with government, operations and fundraising teams to drive product-market fit. Stay ahead of general tech and AI trends to inform strategic decisions and product evolution. Partner closely with the CTO to shape organizational strategy with a strong tech-product lens. SKILLS & EXPERTISE Proven track record of aligning tech with mission-driven outcomes. Deep experience in building scalable, interoperable digital tools in low-resource, high-impact settings. Strong leadership in product strategy, UX for marginalized users and engineering execution. Hands-on with cloud, microservices, DevOps, agile and secure system design. Adept at identifying inefficiencies and deploying tech to enhance service delivery and beneficiary impact.
