Truck Driver

Job Title: Truck Driver Company: Msuez UK Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Contract Details: Full-time Msuez UK, a leading transportation and logistics company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various destinations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate company trucks to transport goods to designated locations - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and securing methods - Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption - Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide updates on delivery status - Follow all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized truck, both inside and out - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures - Assist with other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Truck Driver - Clean driving record with no traffic violations - Ability to pass a background check and drug test - Knowledge of local and national traffic laws and regulations - Excellent time-management and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Willing to work flexible hours and overtime if needed We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
