Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Boulder City, Nevada Weekly Pay: $3,273.25 12-Week Travel Assignment Day Shift | 36 Hours per Week Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Boulder City, Nevada. This role offers a diverse clinical environment where therapists will treat patients across multiple care settings including inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and home health. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Treat patients across multiple care settings including acute care and outpatient therapy Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation plans and home exercises Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Document patient care and outcomes in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Patient Care Settings Medical/Surgical Unit Telemetry Long-Term Care Outpatient Rehabilitation Home Health Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Nevada Physical Therapist License BLS Certification Ability to work across multiple therapy settings Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills Assignment Details 12-week travel contract Day shift schedule 36 hours per week Diverse patient population across multiple care environments If you're a Physical Therapist looking for a travel assignment that offers variety in patient care settings and strong clinical experience , wed love to connect.
