Donor Case Coordinator - Tropical Caribbean Island

An incredible and unique opportunity for a dedicated IVF administrative professional to experience life in a tropical Caribbean Island clinic as an Egg Donor Coordinator The Donor Case Coordinator will play a key role in managing and coordinating egg donor cycles, acting as a central point of contact for patients, donors, and the clinical team. The successful candidate will guide patients and donors through the treatment process, ensuring that cycles are well organised, timelines are maintained, and patients receive a high level of care and support throughout their journey. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating egg donor and recipient treatment cycles Managing donor recruitment, screening, and matching processes Liaising with clinicians, embryologists, and nursing teams Scheduling consultations, investigations, and procedures Ensuring appropriate documentation and regulatory compliance Providing ongoing communication and support to patients and donors We are ideally seeking candidates who: Have experience working within an IVF or fertility clinic Have coordinated donor cycles or third-party reproduction programs Possess strong organisational and case management skills Demonstrate excellent patient communication and empathy Are comfortable managing multiple treatment timelines simultaneously Please note that there is a MINIMUM commitment of 3 years for this position due to VISA considerations.
